Terms & Conditions

1. Ordering
a. All orders that are placed online and confirmed by Wolfgang’s Steakhouse will be fulfilled by Restaurant.
b. All orders placed and confirmed are considered final. Operating hours of the restaurant are from 11am to 5pm. Orders placed online after 3pm will be processed the following day.
c. Clients may expect inconsistencies from usual Goods during dine-in services.
d. Preferred doneness and special notes of the Client will be taken into account when preparing the orders. Restaurant is not liable for unfulfilled requests.
e. Photos on the online ordering website may have minor inconsistencies with the final delivered goods in terms of packaging and presentation (e.g. change of fries to potato chips). All inconsistencies will be properly communicated to the Client through labeled descriptions in the site or upon confirmation of order.

2. Delivery and Pick-Up of Goods:
a. Restaurant agrees to prepare the Goods for curbside pick-up, or to deliver the Goods to the Client.
b. Delivery orders to selected areas in Metro Manila will be scheduled with our rider with a minimum spend plus 5% packaging and delivery fee for cooked orders, and a fixed Php 250 delivery charge for cook at home items.
Minimum spend of Php 3,000: Mandaluyong | Makati | BGC
Minimum spend of Php 5,000: QC | Marikina | Manila | San Juan | Pasig | Pasay | Paranaque
c. Restaurant has limited slots for deliveries per day.
d. Curbside pick-up or Grab/Lalamove (booked by customer) are available with no minimum spend in The Podium, Ortigas or Bonifacio Global City locations.
e. Restaurant shall, at its own expense, pack, load, and deliver the Goods to the Client in the agreed upon delivery or pick-up address.
f. Pick-up and deliveries will be done from 10:00am to 5:30pm
g. Deliveries for condominiums and buildings will be made in the lobby.
h. Restaurant is not liable for unsuccessful deliveries such as refusal to accept, no one to receive, or no access to the agreed upon delivery address especially for areas that are on total lockdown.
i. Upon arrival of the rider, a maximum grace period of 15 minutes will be practiced. In case the Client cannot be reached despite multiple attempts of contact, Restaurant reserves the right to bring back the Goods to the store, and Client will be responsible to pick up the Goods on the Client’s expense.
j. Restaurant reserves the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy in case of unsuccessful deliveries.
k. Restaurant is not liable for food not picked up on the date and time stated and agreed upon.

3. Cancellation and Modification of Orders
a. Restaurant must immediately notify Client if Restaurant will be unable to meet a Delivery Date and Time.
b. Once order has been confirmed and payment made, Client may not cancel or modify their order, or any portion thereof.
C. Orders will be confirmed via call or SMS by the Restaurant.

4. Payment:
a. Restaurant accepts cash, bank transfer, credit card, and debit card through online checkout.
a.1. Cash payments are accepted through cash on delivery or cash payment when picking up the Goods.
a.2. Bank transfers must be made to the bank account stated below. Order ID Number should be placed on the payment’s Reference Number. Once transfer has been successfully made, Client must send proof of payment to payments@wolfgangssteakhouse.ph with the Order ID number as the subject title. Restaurant must verify payment prior to delivery.

b. All orders must be paid in full prior to any delivery made.

5. Discrepancies or Issues with order
Kindly call The Podium, Ortigas at ‭(0917) 702 8913‬‬ or Bonifacio Global City at ‭(0917) 710 1682‬ should there be any discrepancies or issues with the Order that is discovered upon receipt of such. Restaurant reserves the right to investigate in order to determine action/s that may or may not be necessary to remedy the situation.

The company has the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
